I wish they can do that. Lot of people will prefer to do it in person, which in turn will improve the air transportation business due to people flying from across the country.

another thing that would work in my opinion is if they set an option for people who want the visa to pay a fee (i.e $200) instead of mailing it. That would be a good business for CPP-O too
Yea, i agreed with that, even the Detroit Visa Office issue COPR within 2-3 weeks of it being accepted. Everything about CPP-O is BACKLOG. The whole issue will sure end.

CIO is never a Visa Office, CPP-O is where applications are treated.

hi OJ,

Is that means RPRF fees encashed by CIC relates that our criminal check and verficiation is ok... ? will they request for PPR ?

is ecas status change to' decision made' before they request for PPR...?

To my own understanding, payment of RPRF is optional and the fee is also refundable incase something went wrong. Somethings ECAS change befroe they ask for PPR sometimes it just remain to In-Process.
