Got my medical request on the 30 of January and I did my medical exam on the 6th feb and the results sent by the doctor were received in London on the 12 of feb.
I have now received a letter by mail dated the 28 of January that says the following:
To send my passport a month after completing my exam
To complete the med exam or send them proof of completion (i have the proof of completion)
To confirm my phone number and address
My question is, is this normal procedure?

However I did not get passport request, and I am asking them if I need to send the proof of completion of the medicals, but haven't gotten a reply. No idea what to do with those papers.
I think most here have had PPR by email vs regular mail.
