Congratulations on getting ur MR done, may i know why you want to change your email address ?? The best way is to leave it like that to avoid any unnecessarily delay or confusion..

All the best to us all.

Hi all,

I am in a little bit of a soup. I filed AINP based PR app in Mar'12, received AOR and MR in Apr'12. My application status online says "Application recieved" and "Medical results have been received".

Please advise what will happen in the scenario I lose H1B status and move to India? Can I still have a valid case for PR?

Thanks

All, any feedback on my situation? And best of luck to everyone.

did you get a chance to see Lionel Messi live?

LOL! I don't live in Argentina, I live in Uruguay, but the VO that processes our applications is from our big neighbor country.
BTW, still waiting for med request...

Hey Guys can someone advice me on what should i do.

I was in the same boat with the guys who got the AOR on Oct 15 after that nothing came up. I haven't receive the MR yet and i am hoping that they dont make a mistake on my email.

In the other hand i am thinking because i have been in Halifax since 2005 till now so they might not ask for MR would that be possible ??

Is the MR sent from CIO or CPP- Ottawa?

Does the CPP-ottawa send you AOR saying that they receive the file ?

Thanks alot for rest and hope they get AOR & MR soon.

Hey, I am also heading to Halifax once I get my PR!

All PCC certificate must be processed in your home country and you also need PCC from any countries you have lived in for a duration of 6 months, You will have to approach your home country security agency for your PCC. I dont think any embassy can give you a PCC certificate.

All the best.

Hey Sep28,

Yes, you need PCC from all the countries you've lived in for a continuous period of 6 months or more including your home country. Hope this is clear. For PCC from India, check this link http://in.vfsglobal.ca/policeclearance.html you will find all the details you need.

All the best!

@Mini

I guess in Federal they dont ask that you still have H1B......you are in last step....just Passport request left...
