Thanks for posting the message, if i may ask why did they need your English assessment ? And also i will like to ask why the credit card you provided is not valid anymore ? It better you contact your financial institution or you contact VISA directly.

All the Best

@koltu, are you in a NOC C/D profession? Is it mandatory for all applicants to submit language testing results now?

Starting July 1, 2012 - most Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants to semi- or low-skilled professions will need language testing. This test will show whether your skills meet a minimum standard in each of these four categories: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

This does not apply if you are a temporary foreign worker in a NOC C & D occupation, and who:

enter Canada on or before July 1, 2012, and
are nominated by an employer under the PNP streams by July 1, 2013.

@@@It not compulsory for everybody it depends on an individual cases..

Do we have instances that AOR-CIO comes along together with MR?.... and in which medium, email address or via snail mail?

Email address is the primary medium CIO use, according to all the previous applicants.

Yes there are instances where AOR comes along with MR at the same time. If you write your email address on IMM0008 form, they'll send you all correspondences by email

Hi!!!They change on 1st of July the requirements, and i didn't realize that I was on category C or D of NOC. Thats why they ask for my english assessment...and I have a problem with my credit card(the one that i put on my application),so the bank gave a new one, with a new number and cancel the old one...they said that I should contact immigration office to inform the change and the new number....
