Hi Chie,

I dont know does it work. but i did not go to the MP in my riding. coz I knew she wasn't going to do anything. Try some other MP that nearby has a good reputation. Also call/ or walk-in might be better than sending email. the last few times the MP assistant has very delayed responses to my emails. so I needed to call her to give it a push.

hmm,.. The MP assistant wrote down my address but she didnt refer to another MP office. I guess you can always try ? nothing to lose.

Hi everyone!
I'm currently working here in Singapore, my Application for Permanent Residence in Canada has been reviewed and completed as what the CIO emailed me, and they will forward my application to a visa office for further processing. But, I'm planning to go back in Manila for good. My application is still ongoing, I don't know yet where is my visa office.

can anyone help me where to inform the CIO about my new mailing and residence address.

This is the generic email that CIC sent to most us. Now what? Nothing happen yet to March - April 2012 applicant. I don't hear anything from them yet as of now 8:53pm PST, August 30, 2013. I am hoping until tomorrow they will follow the timeline they are sending to us. I am hoping and praying for a passport request for all of us especially to those who are beyond processing times.

I dont think any pnp april-may 2012 applicants have got ppr. This week is over. Its a long weekend in canada now and sorry to break your bubble but we are not getting any update before sep 2 i.e tuesday if they review any of us. Hope is ordeal is over soon. 17 months almost now. :|

I know some people received their PPR on weekends. Some, received theirs in the middle of the night. So who knows .... full of hope

got my landing paper in mail yesterday. made a little trip to US today ! the whole process for landing at CBSA only takes 10 mins. FINALLY starting another journey for citizenship. Hopefully everyone gets their PPR and PR ASAP ! Thank you guys for supporting each others !

Some applicants on some thread checked their Ecas and many of them changed the status to DM today. How about us? Anybody here?

Mine too. So sad CIC is not sticking on what they are stating into their emails to us.
