Chicka, send it to Jason Kenney right now! The earlier he knows there is something going on the better! We will collect more signatures in the meantime...

Guys, please help and spread the word!!! Family, friends, friends's friends.... just everybody! We need every signature right now!
My parents are supporting me right now because they see me having a goal here together with the love of my life I met here in Canada. If I get the PR and a job again I know I'll have to pay off my debt for the next years. But you know what... it's worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help and mobilize everyone you can. Send them emails, remind them once, twice.... one hundred times. Make them understand what it is all about and what is going on here.
Chicka started something great here and is absolutely right with it. We have been silent for too long... it is enough!!!!

I asked CIC for a personal issue and got CIC's feedback today. My application for permanent residence will not be approved before August...

My application was filed March, 30, 2012

Has anyone thought of withdrawing and re-applying? The newer guys seem to get PR within a few months.

yes i thought of that. but problem that occur to me is . 1st. you need all the document from the Province. That will be another few months. Then I am not sure will my previous record of PNP application will affect the provincial approval on another nomination. Also need to go thru another medical checks and everything agagin. If we are looking at less than half year waiting time from now on, seems like its better to stick with the current application.

I started writing to CIC twice a week. Same email every time, just demanding a response. I started last week, so far two emails were sent. I demand they explain why backlog cases are receiving lower priorities. This week I'll start to write to the media.

Let me help you man. Copy the petition or attach it as a PDF and send it to CIC. Send it wherever you want, just make sure you send the petition this way the word will get out. Plus are you not interested to hear the reaction of CIC when they read the petition???

I am new in this thread ,and i am not quite sure if I am in the right place

I am a FSW applicant since 2006 and last march I was nominated as provincial nominee on Ontario, and few days ago I got the approval of nomination and now i am preparing the PR application
but what is confusing me is the processing time ,I should apply on Amman Visa Office as I am from Iraq ,and on the CIC website the processing time for amman visa office for provincila nominees is not mentioned ,they only put (-) as they have no enough data
Can any one please tell me how long would it take to process my application even if approximately

I sent 3 letters:
1-Ottawa pilot
2-Jason kenny
3-Kevin lamourex-immigration critic

I am sure they wil disregard just one letter,so since we all are in this together we need to make our voices heard by ottawa.I suggest everyone should send our petition info to ottawa via email,sothat they know we are fed up.
Also try contacting emails above or anyone else you know of for that matter
