How do you get a date from them.
I asked them for a expected time range twice. They are not providing me a timeline. not even saying before August or after. .. .
Hi Absolute Zero! Along with the letter of inquiry that we sent them, were photocopies of our initial medical exam receipts dated Aug, 11, 2012. So i think that's basically where they based the date they mentioned in their response letter to us.
What seemed to be a question to me and my husband was that, we(Son and I here in PI) actually finished all our medical exams August 24, 2012. How come they don't have idea as to when was the official date we were actually done with our medicals and looked like they were just basing the date from the receipt we sent them. Cause if they do, that should have reflected in their letter to us,---"Your file is in process but we will not be able to finalize it before 2013/08/
24." instead of 2013/08/11... And when we received the 2nd request to do our medicals, it sounded like we haven't complied or they haven't received any of our medical results (from the Philippines), cause our rep told us that the letter we received last June 3, 2013 was a non-compliance letter.

(sigh)
My thoughts on this is that if we are not at fault here(and all the cases where their sytems err), why don't they do something good in return to the affected party or at the very least expedite the next stage process to redeem themselves? I guess it doesn't work that way. Too bad we don't have any option but to bear these painful consequences.
PS. Sorry I'm messing up with the NOva Scotia Office forum hehe
