Reduce this size of the attachement beforing attaching it. Are you sending it as PDF'S?

Beliving thanks for your quick response.

All my files are scanned and saved in JPG, which is better, jpg or pdf.

Hi giggle,

I believe, we need to submit the documents in pdf format. Just an idea, you can reduce the file size if you can set the file to pdf 2004.

Hi Giggle,

I would suggest you to RE-SCAN the documents in .PDF format. It is always much better and hence is recommended. Also, it will reduce your file size as well.hope this helps.

@ Edmontonbound - No update yet on my application.

Hi mates i have been away for profesional duties that have consumed me that i was unable to to stay connected with folks. Appreciations to Believing and Edmontonbound for they have been doing a great job on this forum. My compliments to all members of this forum for sharing thier ideas.

@believing, my file seems not to be moving as the E-cas still shows application recieved. Furthermore, i run down in my emails show that on tuesday 12/06/2012 VO london wrote to me saying that, my file was in london as the VO of london wrote informing me that they were forwarding my file to senegal and that it will take approx. 8 weeks for it to reach senegal.

So i am forced to ask the question of what happen in the first place for my file to be in london?

Funny stuff.

Dear all,

I'm Alan from Vietnam n Im new to this thread. Here is my timeline:

- Online application MPNP under family: Feb 14th 2012
- LOA received in hand: June 15th 2012

I'm about to mail my application package to NS next week, I have a question regarding to the police certificates to ask you guys though.

I studied in Holland for 3.5 years, worked in the States for 18 months and I'm now residing in my home country. It's very easy for me to get the police certificate from my home one but it takes some time to get those from Holland and the States.

I dont know if you guys got the same problem when you 've been living in different places for a while?

Please advice me if I just mail my application without those two and add them later or I just wait until I got them all?

Thanks alot and all the best to y'all!
Cheers Alan

Alan - congratulations for you LOA and welcome to the thread!
Pertaining to the PCC, it is recommended to send the application package with the PCCs. And, you need to obtain a PCC for each country where you have stayed more than 6 months. If you have sufficient time to send the application, then send it with PCCs. Else, you have to write an explanation letter with you application package mentioning why you haven't included the PCCs.
But if I were you, I would send with the PCCs.

@ Speedtex - Please let's know your PNP category. Also, provide your updates if any. Thanks.

@ Koolkarmaguy - I just checked the TS. It's been 58 days now since your application was received at CIO. Since you haven't heard from them in 6 weeks, you can now email them asking for an update. Good luck.
