For the question 5.B, should we put N/A for each box ? I have the same mailing address as home address.

Here is the link for 2 pieces of ID for minors:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/CIT0003ETOC.asp

Two (2) pieces of the child's personal identification

Both pieces of identification should show your child's name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.

Examples include:

school record
health insurance card
If there is information on both sides of your child's personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

For a child under school age, identification such as:

a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
a hospital or immunization record, may be provided
Format: Clear and legible photocopy

Thanks! I did provide school records but that is with the adult's application since one of the documents they require is evidence of schooling for past 4 years of dependants. I also included a class photo that he's in.

Any one have an idea how long AOR takes on average these days? Just so we could sit tight and not think about it.

Looking at the April tracking sheet it looks like average is about 26 days.

It seems it more fast for applications of April compared those of may, for people of may no people has received AOR yet.

or leave it blank, as the application clearly says IF different from home address.

There you go. They did surprise us as expected. I guess I would have to wait another year to apply as my physical requirement is on June 28th :(
Good luck all

Yes. Surprisingly call centre agents didn't confirm either in recent days. Looks it was kept a secret all thru

If the application is received on time. Is it enough or does the date they really open the application. which one really counts?

I remember helping my friend 2 years back. it was delvered in september and when his application was returned the first page was stamped with a date in november.
