We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 7, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 21, 2015.
We started processing your application on January 6, 2016.
We sent you a notice on January 22, 2016 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 10, 2016 at 9:00 AM.

They didn't update my On-Line service status but I checked my mailbox today, and there was the final mail. Though the letter was issued on Apr 8.
My Oath date is on May 2.

I can't believe that my online status turns to DM this morning since I took the citizenship test on April 4th and received cit520 after interview. I though the process would be taken forever.

Which office did your application go to? what is CIT520?

Hi guys,

Just wanted to update you all.

I got Citizenship test and interview letter on 26th April. There was no email or online update. Just mailed letter. Today I had my test and interview.

Lets see if they need more information or some other documentation from me.

I sent my application December 31,2015..

ECAS AS AT TODAY:

1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 4, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 24, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on February 2, 2016.
4.We sent you a notice on February 18, 2016 to appear and write the citizenship test on March 10, 2016 at 8:28 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5.We sent you correspondence on April 12, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required

I got my Oath letter today for June 23, 2016. My processing office was Edmonton and there was a fingerprint request.
