I don't know how to use it :'( Can you help me? My dates are:

Location: Vancouver
Type: single applicant
First entry: March 15, 2008
Moved to Canada: December 08, 2008
Became a PR: November 27, 2009
Became eligible for citizenship: sometime in 2012 (didn't calculate)
Mailed application: May 28, 2015 (FedEx) — 1425 days of physical presence in the last 4 years
Received at CPC-Sydney: June 1, 2015 at 10:34 AM ADT

I sent it to the courier address - 49 dorchester st and it cost me 27.20 (tax included) from Toronto.
