There's 1 main applicant, and 1 dependant. Both from Commonwealth countries, so i'm hoping this will speed the process up a tad. And we've been in Canada on and off for the past 6 years, work permits mostly for 5- 6 months of the year, this was our first summer here, first year of post graduation Engineering.

When we did our Medical, the doctor said that usually you would hear within 6 months, not sure when the office shuts for Xmas though? Any news on your end?

No, I won't get any update up to Feb 13, 2014..

As of today:

We are still on Received October 18th

Medical Results Recieved (Done in November and then Further Tests Done In Early February)

But then today we got:

We wish to remind you at this time that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

Email..is this the request for RPRF?

What happens next?

U can pay the RPRF fees online and send the copy by email.

For my case i paid that fees in advance and PCC too, so i didn't get that request.

After paying that fees and any additional document (if they asked??), you will get in process stage on E-CAS around 3 weeks.
