Yep, I noticed that, but not sure what "help" refers to - if it includes the tracker then great

Just amazing that the IRCC is not handling just 1 dumpster fire ( Citizenship online issues ), but also the PR tool is also not letting anyone register!
And as per yesterday's Global News, 100,000+ Ukrainian refugees are waiting on IRCC, but only less than 40,000 cases are being processed now!

I got the test invite email yesterday and I'm scheduled to take the test from 12am on Apr 22 to May 12. No updates on the tracker yet. So it looks like the tracker is just not getting any new updates after Apr. 12. What a joke!

If your test status says Not started after you received an email invitation, or you cannot register after receiving AOR, email your application number to IRCC.CitOnlineTest-TestenligneCit.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and tell them the tracker is broken and it is not getting updates since April 12. They said they want to look into it.

I suggest you do NOT email them if you completed your test but it still says "In Progress" because they might not have even verified your result yet.

Test marked complete (dated Apr 12, 1 day after taking the test)! (timeline in signature) The tracker is now indeed alive

Did you check just now? It seems they fixed the tracker only a few minutes ago. Try again tomorrow if it's not updated today.

Have been refreshing the site for the last 10 mins with no change.. and finally then page changes to
12th April - Test Completed
22nd April - FP received

It was updated on the 20th April, I am just glad that they fixed it today and the email also came through
