Tracker Updates after April 12?

For me the same. I got the test invite two days ago and did the test today. But the tracker is not updated!

I got the test invite email yesterday and I'm scheduled to take the test from 12am on Apr 22 to May 12. No updates on the tracker yet. So it looks like the tracker is just not getting any new updates after Apr. 12. What a joke!

That's a very good point! Not sure how this can be done...

You use the web form to send a ticket for technical difficulties, and they don’t reply to it for 40-50 days. I have first hand experience; the web form technical people replied to me weeks after my issue was resolved through other means.

There might also be an email address on test invitation letters for people to contact them in the event of technical difficulties ….the tracker never updating to show test info and a test invite arriving sounds like a difficulty

You can also email the local offices and inform them about it so maybe they can send it to the proper department but can you make them believe it is broken and needs to be fixed?

Also a good suggestion for you folks. If everyone in here did that then maybe in a few days things will be back to regular programming.

Yeah.. maybe its a new functionality in their tracker to give completed status only at the time of Oath Ceremony confirmation

Same here, DM 4 days ago on old ecas but Language Skills, Prohibitions and Physical Presence is In Progress on new tracker.

The clerk at the oath ceremony probably saw data from the new tracker ( maybe their internal view) and would have seen the IN PROGRESS status.
Where the actual backend data isnt getting populated to the their views

I finished my test and my tracker still shows test not started ...

We should definitely write and explain the situation. But that needs to be worded correctly so they understand. As I am not tech savvy I would not know how to explain the problem correctly. I understand the SSL Server certificate is the problem?
