Hi All

Can anybody please help me here. My PR CARD status changed to "Application/Profile Updated". But when i went inside nothing got changed. Everything was the same as before. Now when i again logged in after 5 mins, it got changed to Submitted.

Does it mean anything?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi
The same thing happened to me.
Can you tell me after how long you received your PR Card?

Thanks

Hi All,

I landed on 20-Feb and I am unable to find my PR card application using the search in the CIC profile. Does it take few days to link to our CIC account?
Thanks,

Kumar

You can link your application only if your "City/town of Birth" is exactly same as in your passport including any comma or space

Hi All,

Need your inputs.

I did landing on March 15th.

I linked my PR card application to the CIC account.

However the status is "pending registeration " and the application number starts with RXXXXXX , which is different than my express entry application which started with EXXXXX.

Is it the same with everyone who has landed and awaiting first PR card?

Thanks

Yep. If you click on it, the status will change to "Submitted" and will stay submitted until you see an update on the application.

Did anyone notice that the processing time for the new PR cards is just 13 days? Its unbelievable.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html

That is only for new PR card applications not for the landed applicants. Let's say, you landed and did not receive your card in the first 90 days, you apply for the PR card only. This processing time = 13 days.
Upon the very first landing, all landed immigrants application will be considered for PR card.

I linked my PR card application it said successful but I can see it in my profile nor Its linking again as I say already linked help anybody

Hi I completed my PR landing on 18th Aug , and I had to travel back to US due to earlier job commitments in the next 3 days. What is the current wait time for new PR card? I have given my friend's address for receiving the PR card. My situation is kind of messy here since my US visa will also expire in 45 days. Is it possible to get my PR card within 20 days or so?

I completed the soft landing in Halifax and it took 45 days for my PR card to arrive to my friends house in Toronto. He then mailed the card to me in US via Fedex.
it is hard to say if you will get your card in 45 days. Even if your VISA expires, you can have your friend mail the card to you wherever you are.

Thank you for the update, but while checking for the processing time for new PR card in CIC website it says for
Permanent Resident cards

New PR card
