Updated: it was approved today Aug 2
They said the card was mailed to me. Let's wait and see

tips:
Enter all details as in COPR.If you find a detail truncated, like place of birth, follow your passport details and include every space mentioned
Ex: if your place of birth is mentioned as plano, texas
then don't forget that space between "," and "texas"
