Hello Champions,

I have studied masters here in Ottawa has received a supplemental information form when he applied for his PR. This form request comes in when I am almost expecting the PR process to complete.

I am looking for help , if you know/have got a similar request. Please help , Here are the questions in the form. I have written "Help Needed" where I need help :-

1- Intended, current or past field(s) of study.
Ans : No Help Needed here, Have filled the previous fields of study

2- Proposed, current or past thesis.
Ans : My Bachelors and Masters programs were both course based. They did not involve thesis. ( Help Required, Is this a good enough answer ?)

3- Intended, current or past supervisor(s).
Ans: My Bachelors and Masters programs did not require any supervisors. (Help Needed : What supervisors are they asking for ? in Studies ? Can I give my college's directors name ? or can I give the name of my boss where I am currently workin )

4- Supervisor(s) for previous studies
Ans: Not Applicable (Help Needed : Again, no supervisors and no idea what to fill here )

5- List of publication(s) and research papers
Ans: My bachelors and Masters program did not require any research paper and publications. My
programs were course based. (Help Needed : here were no research papers etc. )

6- Source(s) of funding for studies.
Ans: The source of funding for studies were my parents.

7- Upon return to your country, what employment plans do you have in place? At which
company or organisation and in what field of work?
Ans: I do not have any plans in place in my country. Currently, I am working in an Engineering consultancy company in
Ottawa,Ontario, Canada. The Name of the company is XXXXXXX Consultants INC. If I have to go back to my country, I
will look for the job in my own field of study. (Help Needed: Is this answer okay ? I do not have any plans to go back and want to stay here in Canada)

Mine were requested January 9th and delivered January 11th. When I called CIC on Wednesday, they said they were working through photos as of January 1st. They didn't tell me the status of my photos because of that.

yours sholud be anytime from now. you can call them to check if the sent foto is accepted or rejected ?

Thanks. I called 3 days ago but the agent said nothing is showing yet as they are working on photos received Jan 1st

Same thing they told me. But I've seen here people with photo delivered on the 10th already got approval

Yeah same here! I'm starting to think that maybe photo request date also comes into play in addition to when they receive the photos. My photo request came on January 9th -- I just sent everything the same day and got the fastest delivery. Or something else is happening.
I submitted a web request but heard nothing. If I don't get an update within next week, I'll call them again.

I was asked to submit this form and an updated copy of my resume. I think your answers are good. I had a thesis research in my masters, so I included that. I was in the US at that time, so for #7 I answered "will continue working as XXX for XXX company in XXX".

May I ask how do you know where and when they sent the card to?

Our attorney sent a inquiry to CIC and just yesterday they got the response that cards were sent and the address they were mailed to.

When working with an attorney you are limited to checking your application online. You can’t because it belongs to the attorneys. Some offices have access to the portal but not all do (by choice I suppose). The attorneys sent the inquiry 2 weeks ago. I frankly believe this inquiry changed the course of the application because our timeline is way past processing times. People with photo resubmission on Dec 20th got their cards 2 weeks ago...

yes, it takes at least 45 days.

Approved on 25th. That’s why I am so surprised that yours got delivered so quickly.
