I heard it's possible for them to confiscate it but I have never actually heard of it happening to anyone. Most people receive their cards by post out of the country without any issue. How long after approval did it take for your card to be delivered in Calgary?

Good news! Just checked my account and my pr card has been approved and mailed out. Pr photos resubmitted on January 16.

Hi everyone, Landed 22nd November and got email requesting new photos Jan 4. New photos delivered Jan 16, still waiting for approval. Anyone in similar situation?:)

Its actually very common. Something about the PR Card being the property of the Government and also to prevent fraud in cases of stolen cards.
