Yeaa thats a biggest lie by them.. when its was 47 days during my time it took them 65 and that was avg ... right now also it would be more or less same 60 days somethin but yeaa few faster cases will be der

Hmm...well we can
Lie ? oh my god, try to select your words please! we are here to help each other with respect!

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html

go to this link and you will find that lie!!!!!

What I think was meant is that they publish these figures but don't actually stick to them...

To be fair they actually do say that that's the time frame it takes to process most applications (so not all)

But it's good that it seems to be decreasing...we've waited patiently before so we're used to it :-)

As I saw in some coments, if it was approved, it wont take much than one Week to recieve it!
Could you please share your timeline ?!

One thing I'm curious about: How can people who did their Landing in mid-December already be receiving their PR Cards, while people who had to re-submit their Photos in mid-November are still waiting? Are these applications going into different queues? It just seems skewed and unreasonable to me that some people have been living in Canada for 4+ months now without having a PR Card (expelling them from many important services) and others are getting prioritized over them.

Personally for me; I landed October 9. Re-submitted my photos December 10, but am unable to renew my BC Services Card or apply for a Driver's License because the Landing Document is not an accepted ID for PRs. Right now I'm hoping to get it sometime in February, which would be a 4 month wait for a super essential document.
