Hi all,

I am waiting for my PR card. Landed on Sep 16th. How can I create a PR card application and how to link it to CIC account? I know lot of people have been talking about this, linking your PR card to my cic. But how do I create an application for the PR card in the first place. Can someone please guide.

Thanks a lot
the same way u link any other application... just select pr card... and insurrection are pretty clear on cic website

where vdo u stay... you know that right canada post is on rotating strike
I am in Montreal. I talked to the postman yesterday and he told me that there is not any strike in our area. I am wondering how long does it usually take for the card to be delivered after CIC has mailed it?

I landed on June 26th Got no response so I called CIC on August 28 and then they said I have to resend the photos. I took new pictures and sent it to CIC. They received my new images on September 4th. I waited so long, and after a couple of weeks when I called CIC, they told that my pr card had been sent for production. But on October 1, 2018, I got another email from CIC to resend the photos for the second time. I posted the second set of pictures on October 3rd, and it reached CIC on October 5, 2018. Today when I called CIC they said that they are working on files the received on September 24, 2018.
1. If they won't process by October 30, 2018, will it affect my PR status?
2. Had anyone undergone the same circumstances?

Ok, we got our wife's card today! We really thought it won't arrive, but it seems the post was a bit slower than usual! Now, I should worry about my solemn declaration which I sent them 10 days ago! I hope I receive my card before Dec.

Still waiting. I saw some people received “approved” few days after ghost update but mine it’s been almost 2weeks. Is it normal or chance to recive photo request?

Congrats. I’m jealous.
thanks

I wonder if there's a link to processing times for those who land just after a CoPR is issued with recent photos and don't need to resubmit photos vs those who land months after CoPR and photos three months ol or more and have to resubmit .??

also if those who land from visa exempt vs visa required countries.

when you go to your application, does it say final decision made? I have similar issues. My application says approved and I received my card, but my wife's application still says submitted. however, when I go into her application, it says final decisioon made and approved. We have not received her card yet, though we landed together.

Just for your info:
