If you have already done your landing you are a Permanent Resident and cannot use a visitor visa to enter canada, you will need to apply for PRTD if you do not have your PR Card.

By land you can cross with your COPR

But from any other means like airport you need to have PRTD if you don't have PR card..

Hi there,
They usually cancel any valid visitor's VISA, when they stamped your passport with the immigrant VISA. You may like to check your passport. So, you will need PRTD to enter Canada. Other option could be through a land border, where they allow entering with a valid COPR.
