Guys, what is the best way to contact IRCC to get a status update for initial PR card? Its already been 82 days since I last re-submitted my photos, no movement since then. Landed in July, 2017.

I'm expecting mine soon. I'll check the letter for any markings indicating its origin. It was approved Dec 28 but no sign of it yet. I live in Ottawa.

PR Card arrived today. Landed Sept 13 2017. Photo request December 12 2017. Urgent processing requested (with justification) and photos sent Dec 12. Approved Dec 28 2017. Arrived Jan 4 2018. No markings on the envelope to indicate where the letter came from. But the return address is Sydney NS.

Just call them! They are working on nov 3 photo received...

I called yesterday at 9am pacific time number 1-888-242-2100 choose 3-4-1-0 to talk to agent.
Got through from second attempt but waiting time was 37min

Hi Guys,
We did our first landing on Oct 25 2017 in Vancouver and I just linked my PR card to mycic account.I was able to link mine and my son's application but when I entered my wife's details for linking it showed No matches found!!
Moreover mine and my son's PR Card application has been approved on the 15th of December but we are yet to receive them.
But the travel document number shown against my PR card application is that of my wife's passport number.
Is this something to notify CIC ? Plz advise

I think you should give them a call just to be safe! Especially if you are in a rush to traveling...

Does the document status read reviewed first and then change to uploaded or is it the other way around?

Guys I landed on the 11th of November and I couldn't link my application no matter what. What is the best action to do right now? Should I contact CIC or is it too early?

I called because of the same issue and agent said It's impossible to link application for initial card... he also mentioned that it's written on cic website.
I think we should wait until 62 days and then contact them...

I usually take all my pics in London Drags same as my roommate. We both got request for new photo. We retake it in professional photo studio. I took my pic at studio in Sinclair Center near Waterfront.
They usually ask you what type of document pics are for and they will stamp on for sure!

Cause I just linked my application on 12/30/2017, and it already showed "the documents are under review" at that time. I thought it was the original status. So what did it say before it changed to "Under review"?

as per agent with who i talked on Dec 3rd - they are working on Nov 3rd photo recieved... he aslo siad that it is hard to assess timing because they don't know how many envelopes they receive daily...
