called today, the agent said there was no address in the system.. she said it will need one week for the address to be updated in the system!
wonder how this happened!! I provided the address upon landing

Do you need to have landed first, before you can apply for your PR Card or is your COPR enough to apply for it? Also, If you need to have landed first, do the immigration officers take the COPR paper from you?
I'm asking because I may need to go home before the Card arrives and they will not ship overseas?

Do you need to apply for the card, or when you land do they automatically trigger some sort of notification for a card to be sent to you?

I'm planning to land in August and city I chose is Toronto. However, I have family in Alberta and I plan to live with them during the period. Is there a rule that says that your PR cards will be sent to the province which you chose or that you have to land and live in your chosen province?

I called twice and the call ended abruptly without being put on the wait.. and in the third time I was put on the hold for around 35 minutes
