Update: Family of 3 landed at Toronto Pearson on 22nd June. 1st 2 PR cards arrived on 5th August, while the last card was received on 9th August.

Sadly got photo retake request today from calling the call center. It's been 76 days since landing.

I don't how tough it is for them to just drop an email to the concerned person regarding this. Calling the call centre seems to be the only solution

Also got photo request after calling CIC this morning.
Same application as my wife, landed together (May 4th), took photos at same place.
She has receveid her PR Card 2 weeks ago. Unbelivable! How frustating?

. initiate a case specific enquiry. And photo request will be sent shortly. I land 30 May, and after 60 days of no cards, I made case specific enquiry, which was responded in 5 days. Photos reached IRCC today.

hahah i cant stop laughing.. Good one.
They should just issue 5 year visa/COPR with first entry within a certain date or at least it should not be this much hassle in getting a PR card.

Tagging along for updates. I was already anxious enough (need to travel out of the country in early October) due to Canada Post vs. CUPW lockout/strike issue and now this nonsense about photos getting rejected. What rot.

I called the number on two pages back! The agent said that my card was issued two days ago and was posted! ;D
