I resend my photo in Sep 13. You resend your photo via post mail to Nova Scotia office?Hi everyone,
Just called CIC call centre and they said they are still processing pictures from July 27.
I had to resend my photo in August (picture arrived on August 17) so they said to call them back in 3-4 weeks....
How do you know it was approved ? ! Congrats by the way.I landed on the 19th of August my Card got approved this morning
Hi all, What IVR options are you selecting while calling CIC. I want to confirm address on their file for PR card. I tried many options but couldn't connect to an agent for PR card. Are you using PR card application number starting from R or Express entry application number starting from E.
Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks
Sounds promising, when did you send your photos ?Hi

It is absolutely pathetic and laughable just how many pr cards are being mailed to the wrong addresses. It has happened with mine as well. No wonder their system is so slow and overloaded - they are probably having to make multiple cards, deal with multiple solemn declarations when they don't arrive, and process loads more PRTD applications than ought to be necessary. Did you land at Toronto airport by any chance? I wonder if we are all getting the same immigration officer who is incapable of entering an address correctly into the computer? It is causing me no end of inconvenience and stress trying to track mine down. Then I'll probably have to apply for prtd when I get home anyway (so extra expense, delay, hassle.) The whole system needs a complete overhaul - or at least, some basic training needs to be given to certain cic officers. The one I got was not only rude, but answered some very basic questions incorrectly (I got the correct answers from amateurs on this forum), then she sends my pr card to the wrong address despite me giving her the full and correct one. Argh!!I called and found out they mailed it to the wrong street number (doesn't exist on my street). Most likely it will be returned to CIC Nova Scotia and mailed out again to the correct address I provided to the agent. If it's not received after 6 weeks I will need to file a solemn declaration so they can issue a new one. I heard the solemn declaration takes just as long as new application. This means from landing to receiving PR card could take 6 month. I hope I don't have travel plans anytime soon.
They should provide everyone with a printout confirming the address as part of the landing process.... saw many cases of wrong address in this forum
