Received my PR Card today. Weird, the document number in the MYCIC application details isn't the same as the number on my PR card. I guess thats normal then. Here is my timeline.

ITA - March 24th, 2017
PR App/AOR- April 20, 2017
BOWP App sent - April 21, 2017
BOWP Received - June 10, 2017
PPR - June 29, 2017
PP Sent - June 30, 2017
Passport Delivered - July 04, 2017
Application Approved (COPR) - July 14th, 2017
Tracker Activated - July 21, 2017
PP Received - July 24, 2017
Landed: Aug 08 2017
PR Card Application Approved: Sept 26 2017
PR Card Received: Oct 02 2017

mine was approved on sept 22nd also. still have not received anything. the address is in Toronto.
I'm thinking of calling them up to confirm my address.

anyone here approved after us got their cards already?

My application approved 13 th september. I called cic and told they sent it on 14th september to my old adress. But i didn't receive

So I called CIC minutes ago and was told that my file seems to be okay and that it should be mailed out by next week. What has my mind really in a state of shock is that I was told that my daughter's (5YO), my own dependent; that her file was missing a mailing address and as a result her processing time (61 days) would begin as at today since they just updated her file with a mailing address. It really does'nt make any sense to me but what do I do? I am just hoping that this will not be the case. BTW, we landed on August 7th.

after you link your PR card application to my CIC account after you land, you will see its status. It will be mailed out once the status turns to approved.

I called and found out they mailed it to the wrong street number (doesn't exist on my street). Most likely it will be returned to CIC Nova Scotia and mailed out again to the correct address I provided to the agent. If it's not received after 6 weeks I will need to file a solemn declaration so they can issue a new one. I heard the solemn declaration takes just as long as new application. This means from landing to receiving PR card could take 6 month. I hope I don't have travel plans anytime soon.

They should provide everyone with a printout confirming the address as part of the landing process.... saw many cases of wrong address in this forum

It means when you link your PR Card to myCic it will show you Application process for it and it does look like the one we have for PR.
And when they made PR Card for you it will shows Application approved.

Received an email that my photos didn't meet the requirement: Sep 13, 2017
Sent them new photos via post mail: Sep 13, 2017

I just linked my PR application to MYCIC account today. Final Decision still shows in progress. Today is my 11th weeks since I landed (77 days). How long will it take for my PR card to be mailed? Why it took them almost 2 mos just to inform that the Photos doesn't meet the requirement?

I landed on July 19th. The photos were re-sent on September 14th, and I'm still waiting. It seems like it's probably gonna take a while...

Hi Guys, how long after landing did you link the PR card application to myCIC or start tracking online? I landed on Sept. 7 and my application details still aren't coming up when I try to track the progress.

Below is the procedure to view your PR card application status after landing, and how to link it with your my CIC account. Copied from another thread.
Follow below steps only after you have landed. It gives only 5 attempts in one day.

1) Login to CIC account.
2) Go to section "Link an existing application to this account". Click on "Link application to this account" button.
3) Select category as PR Card
4) Select "Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name"
5) Fill required details (please make sure capital, small, comma etc.)
6) Provide landing date in "Date you became a permanent resident"
7) Click on search my application.
8) after application searched make sure you submit application else not linked.

One you have successfully linked your application it will shown you as "Submited" status and once it is ready for dispatch it will go into "Approved" status.

If you receive any photo request then it will not change any status. Regularly check PR card processing time on CIC website as photo request or PR card approval both come in last 5-10 days (i.e if processing time is 63 days then after 55 days you will be able to see some movement.)

Hello guys, I landed on the 6th of September as a soft landing where I finished my documents at the airport and was informed by the officer that my card will be sent on the address I have provided. Now I am outside Canada and didn't link my application to my CIC account, how would I receive any picture request? on my email ? or how?

Hi all, What IVR options are you selecting while calling CIC. I want to confirm address on their file for PR card. I tried many options but couldn't connect to an agent for PR card. Are you using PR card application number starting from R or Express entry application number starting from E.

Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks

Same here. Toronto address. Got approved on Sept 19. I'm still waiting my card. The officer put wrong post code in my case during landing process. The post code was from Ottawa. I called Canada Post and CIC, nobody knows where the mail is. Canada Post said the mail still can be delivered even though with wrong post code. CIC said to wait 4 weeks and call them back if i still dont receive my card...
