Hi i was removed from canada due to overstay so if i apply for USA tourist visa and got visa does usa border gona know about my overstay in canada and stop me from enter to usa does it shows in usa border system

Yes - the US will know about your overstay and removal. The two countries share information. You will need to declare this information in your application for the US tourist visa.

Thing is now i am in india so getting my visa from india . And my old passport is expired so now i have new one does still its a prolem to enter US
