No one can tell you chances. Totally different visas. For a study permit, you need to show funds, ties to home country and education/career progression in your home country.

I agree with you. But they gave the trv while going through most of these same things then will it help in my case as i have strong funds, travel history, ties to my home country and good education.

Yes but you need to show career and education progression. So if you have a Masters, you are looking at another masters or PhD. Funds for study permit are more substantial since you are spending tens of thousands.
