total points 73 without even english/ielts.. shud apply or not?

if anybody posseses 73 points. English points are not in it.
can fsw case be applied in this case?
or if applicant have only basic proficiency (2 points) then wats the opinion?

even though you have 73 or 80 points if your noc is not in the 38 you will not qualify.

I had a same question, i got 87 points in total (including all) and i am lying on 38 qualification list under 0213 NOC, should i apply for FSW or not? any suggestion.

In my opinion, language is still important because what will you do in Canada if you don't know English or French even though you have a good point (I think if you don't submit IELTS score they will consider you don't know English).

I think it also depends on your career. If your career doesn't require much language skills, then low language score might be ok.

This is just my opinion.

87 or is it 67, becuase without language 87 is not possible. If its 67 than my advice is to take IELTS and be on the safe side.
