Toronto or Vancouver? Which is better for PR for students?

I feel small cities better than big cities like Toronto and Vancouver.Living cost very high in big cities and jobs are hard to get. So please check before you make a decision.

100% Vancouver is much better. Whether it be PR, weather and the quality of life. ALl better than Toronto. No comparison!

raman why not go to official canada website and learn about this. Pr depends on what qualification you carry, your band score, your work experience mere doing a pg diploma will not get you pr. If your budget permits go for a master program it may help you for pr. And Please don't trust any agent they are just there for there profit. they will tell u about some remote college in a village and they will say you will get pr easy, visa easy. never trust them cross check from your friends or internet///

as far as i know a diploma is diploma and Mba comes in master so Mba will carry more weightage
