I feel small cities better than big cities like Toronto and Vancouver.Living cost very high in big cities and jobs are hard to get. So please check before you make a decision.

If your budget permits go for a master program it may help you for pr. as far as i know a diploma is diploma and Mba comes in master so Mba will carry more weightageWhich one gives more points for PR?
