And awwwwwwww I wish I could be there. But I just filed. I hope if all goes well I'll be joining you guys (My respected seniors) by the will of God next year or for sure in 2013.

It is a good idea put forward by MSMIRZA of videorecording of this entire event and then circulate the copies of it among the members, so that we will remember faces with their names everafter.

One more suggestion - I would like to suggest everyone to bring-in your "business/visting cards" with your name, contact number(address if possible), education, and the job you are looking for or the position if you are already employed. This will help us to be in touch with each other and get possible job opportunities in future with referals. You can also call it as "Mini-Resume"

Again, I will suggest you to write your Canada visa forum ID on the card so that it is easy to recognise the members later on.

Each member will give his/her business/introduction card to everyone in this meeting. You can sipmply print this information on your home printer on the business card paper easily available in nearby mall. You can prinnt 10 cards on each A4 size paper and cut it easily since it has perforations on it. Or you can print on normal printing paper if you find difficulty in getting such papers.

I have a format in MSword file where you can print @ 10 such cards on one paper. Please give me your email ID here or PM with your email ID then I will forward it for you.

This is my suggestion only. The final decision will be in the hands of the organiser and it will be binding to everyone.
