If you are single, have rock solid and super straight forward residency case (like zero travel within the past five years, or easily provable trips), and are not from countries which normally require a lot of background checks (the last point is unfortunate, but we cannot deny the fact that applicants from these countries get unjustifiably scrutinized WAY more than others), then your application should be smooth sailing
But keep in mind that Scarborough still remains the one of the slowest offices in the country, mostly due to sheer volume alone (and the fact that surrounding offices often send their cases to Scarborough as well).
