I bookmarked pages I found to be useful on that little website, that could answer some questions in advance.

I also have bookmarked links to,

• CEC's processing times
• all the 2013 spreadsheets
• a RSS feed to check for CIC form updates
• the ECAS login page
• the page to order GCMS notes, and
• always the latest OBs referring to CEC and BOWP applications.

Try to use it as a start when looking for answers, if you can't find an answer there, pm or maybe use the search function in the forum.

Usually it is sent by CIC and its pre-filled with your info. or otherwise your DMP can provide you one.
