This is not unexpected. CIC was gearing up for Express Entry first draw. Nothing has moved yet - atleast I havent heard of the draw. FSW2014 might be on the back burner. For Singapore VO, a poor soul got his Medical Request just a few weeks back while his AOR was from 2011. Please keep patience. It will happen. As long as you have been charged, PER should follow 99.93% of the time. The remaining 0.07% get NER. Dont worry - keep the faith!
