my wife's application is completed as per CIC letter dated August 2014. She was requested to pay the RPRF enable to fully complete the process and to get her COPR. She already paid via online and the printed confirmation with the barcode.

Shall she send a scanned copy of the official receipt to CIC or just keep it with her until further advice from CIC.

If you send by fax it will be better and easiest way. Fax number 905-803-7392
