There are no sites that specifically target valid job offers for foreigners.

You must search for jobs on regular job sites and hope the company is willing to consider a foreign worker.

There are a lot of scams out there so you need to be careful.

It's extremely difficult to secure a real job offer. Most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process due to the time and cost it takes.

Stay away from all agents and consultants. Pretty much all of these job offers are scams.

There are many real jobs on reputable sites such as LinkedIn, but also some scams. So this is not a guaranteed source for real jobs.

The best way to make sure the job is real is to apply for job directly through the websites of large companies that you want to work for in Canada. That way you can be sure you are dealing with something real. Stay way from small companies since there are fake websites out there that make it look like the company (and job) is real when in fact everything is fake.

I too agree with that. Most of the job sites are spam. One year back I was also searching for a job. I searched many job websites and applied to most of them. But we contact them they ask for money or else they offer a paid internship. So I just approached an accounting recruitment agency as I was an accountant by profession. And within three months I got a job with the expected salary in a reputed firm. So it will be better to approach any reputed agency directly.
