MY son was hospitalized 3x when he was still a baby pero is definitely healthy now and thank God has no major sickness after those 3. Should I declare it pa tomorrow pag nagpamedical or wag na? Please advice. Give me tips also. Thanks!

yap the same lang din naman, pinagtataka ko lang talaga kung bakit sinend nila sa embassy, tapos may nakasulat sa receipt ko na for pick up...baka meron jan na same yung experinced sa akin....

Sa Nationwide kami... Nag reply din ako sa kabilang thread. Ito din yun. hehe!

1. 4,000PHP for adults. Sa kids yata 3000PHP. Kase wala naman HIV test ang mga bata. 1000PHP kase para sa HIV test.
2. In order ng ginawa sa akin - height, weight and eyesight, blood and urine test, interview ng doctor then physical examination, lastly x-ray
3. Letter from the embassy na for medical na kayo, 4 passport size pictures(white or blue backround only) at photocopy ng passport.
4. I don't have kids yet pero ang alam ko dapat mong dalhing ang immunization records ng mga bata.

Additional tips:
1. Be early. Medyo madaming form ang fifill-upan. Firsr come, first served sila. Hindi na kailangan tumawag sa nationwide for appointment.
2. No need for fasting. Pwede kumain.
3. Drink a lot of water para sigurado na maging clear ang urine. Magbaon kayo ng tubig. Inom lang ng inom habang nasa Nationwide kayo. hehe!
4. For females, dapat 7 days after ng last day ng period pwede magpa-medical.
5. Additional 50PHP per person for courier fee kung sa CEM ipapadala. Kung sa ibang Visa Office, iba ang presyo kaya inform nationwide immediately.
6. Eyeglasses or contact lenses kung meroon.
7. Previous medical reports kung meroon.

Good day mga ka forum,

I would just like to clarify yung naging actions ng Nationwide Health Systems Inc sa Medical exam results namin. We just finished our medical exam last July 30. We did not receive any calls from them or any request for additional tests/remedicals. When I called them up, they told me that the results were already forwarded sa CEM. Does it mean na walang naging problem sa MEDICAL namin? Ang alam ko kasi, pag mag problem, dapat tatawagan ka nila to do other tests. Totoo bang pag na submit na nila sa CEM yung medical results nyo without any other requests eh ok na ang lahat?

Ganun din ang sa akin. Nung tumawag ako, napadala na daw nila sa CEM. Siguro ok na yun. The final decision depends on the Visa Medical Officer.

your medical was done last july 30? we did ours on jul 29. i checked with nationwide yesterday and d pa nila nasend sa CEM. accordingly, takes 2-3 weeks to submit. congrats sa 'yo at naipadala na sa cem file nyo. baka nadelay din ung samin bcoz i took another chest x-ray plus i gave a medical report pa for the fibroepithelial mass na tinanggal sakin.

i submitted the medical certificate and histopath a week after our medical. we had our medical on july 29 then submitted the med cert on aug 5. but prior to that, i had my repeat xray on aug 4. the notice of repeat xray was txted to me on aug 3. accordingly, if the xray will not be done w/in 1 week, they'll forward our file to cem as incomplete. did not mention any timeline for the submission of the add'l reqmnt, so i really can't answer if there's an expiration or none. tawag ka na lng sa nhs, i suggest...what's your application to canada btw?

Hi gracee! You can either call or email Nationwide for follow-up. They will just tell you the date they submitted your medical result to CEM.

Processing time? It's dependot. Lol! Not sure... 1-3 months, I think!

mabilis lang yun vitomanolo...i think within the day kasi nasa makati area lang yung CEM at Nationwide....kung sinabi ng Nationwide na pinadala ng ganito date.....ganun araw din matatanggap ng CEM yun....kelan ba yun sayo napadala

Vitomanolo, ano ano ung pina update sayo na mga documents? Matagal n kc kme ng padala ng mga dics namin, so far wala pa nman cnasabi kung may kelangan ako i-update na docs. Ung nbi pa lng ang na update ko so far.
