applicants ages 15 and above they charge them 4000/applicant
then yung mga kids na 10 years old below 1750/applicant
di ko lang sure magkano yung sa mga kids 11to 14 years siguro more or less nasa 2500

kasi sa mga 15 years old and above may mga labtest for bloodwork like hiv, syphillis and may isa pa di ko lang alam kung ano yun kasi naka abbreviate lang, then urinalysis tsaka may chest xray din whereas sa kids 10 years old and below urinalysis lang
my son is 8 years old so urinalysis lang siya walang bloodwork, but then i paid additional 300 kasi he had a history of primary complex so they subjected him for xray to make sure na walang damage lungs niya. hope this will help :)

Do you have an ongoing application for Canada? Because if you have medical request from the the embassy then just bring all the results of your previous check up from San lazaro, that case the DMP will have a history and status of your illness. Hope this will help :-)

you need to bring with you all needed docs or results to the DMP. Only them can decide and the immigration physician if you will be allowed to proceed or not. keep on praying

hi guys why not try st.luke's extension clinic in J.Bocobo its hassle free not to complicated unlike sa nationwide, tatakutin kayo sa mga medicals tests what I just read here, and its halfday testing you will know your results instantly.

hi po...
yesterday, we sent our passports along with other requirements to the embassy... ask ko lang, usually how many months will it take para mareceived namin yung reply nila? and ano na po ba yung next step doon, so we could prepare...
thanks a lot!

you will not receive any email from them except for the actual passport to be delivered at your doorstep. according to the passport request letter that I received, they told me to wait approximately 90 days

I have queries....we had our medical last dec 5, and i need to go back for urine and front view xray last dec 8. according to Nationwide, Canadian embassy received our medical results
son: dec 20, 2011
husband: dec 29,2011
mine: Jan 10,2012, since i have additional xray view

now our ecas written "medical results received" and our address is missing. its been more than 2 months already and until now we haven't received PPR. are there any possibilities that there's something wrong with our medical? but when i call nationwide when did they forward our result they did not mention anything wrong with our papers. do we need to email CEM to follow up our papers? i'm a bit worried :( hope someone could share their experience. thanks in advance :)

mam good day,

nareceive nyo nb ppr nyo? jan.4 kasi nasend medical namin cem, halos pareho kasi status natin, we are under mpn fam.

PPR na rin sa wakas!

here's my latest timeline:

meds done - Jan 17
meds results forwarded to CEM - Feb 1
PPR - Feb 25

will send passports tomorrow! ganun pala yun, they already indicate in the PPR email the effectivity of the visa they will issue, as in the last date to enter Canada.

goodluck sa lahat! gob bless!
