Hello

Can anybody tell the following questions:

1. Do you require a valid job offer to get a provincial nomination?

2. I have my CRS as 405, with CLB 8 in IELTS. I do not have a job offer. I have a masters equivalency from WRS in mining engineering. DO I qualify for PNP?

I have never lived in canada. My work experience is two years in India.

You need connection like friend or close family member to qualify for PNP

You require min 3 years of work experience, your job code should be in demand in the province & your score should match their required scores. It is not necessary to have any connection if your score & demand of job code is there in the province.

Hello,
I need some help...

My education info:
Bachelor of Engineering : Computer
Post graduation diploma (distant learning): Trade Management

Employments:
1)
Company: Regional whole-seller Firm (B2B and B2C)
Designation:|General Trainee (about 6 months)
|Marketing trainee (about 6 months)
Duration: 1 year

2)
Company: Manufacturing Pvt ltd. (B2B)
Designation: Marketing Coordinator.
Duration: 2 years

Q1. Does my experience count by looking at my education info?

If Q1 is positive.

Q2. Duties differ a lot in both cases, so which is better to add or both will do or just need to see what is best match to the NOC code?

Thanks

Hi every one, I have a general question:
I've got my PR through PNP stream after graduation form a Canadian University. I couldn't find a job and I am considering to go back to university and start studying a new major. Before doing so, I just wanted to make sure that this, going to university again instead of working, will nat put me in trouble when I want to get my citizenship? If you remember while we were applying for PNP somehow we promised to not go back to school again. I really appreciate it if you could advise. Thanks

Hello guys

I have a gotten a provincial nomination (Manitoba) and a work permit support letter. I wish to ask if my family can join me in Manitoba before our permanent residence application is finalized.

Secondly what are the options to explore for my family to join me in Canada since I will be using a work permit before and after submission of permanent residence application until it is finalized? Can they come in as visitor then apply for spousal open work permit for my wife?

Anyone with experience or have gone through this scenario can please explain the process to me in details.

Hey guys, I have submitted my application a few weeks ago for PNP through Skilled Worker stream. So far
Application says “applied.” My question is, will this process take 2-3 months before I will be able to start my employment? Or will I be given a temporary work permit while PNP process my application?

I really hope you guys aren't abusing this great program, and using Alberta as a trampoline to other provinces. We need a little honesty in here, if you don't have any intentions to live in Alberta, then look for other options. This program should be intended to people who do have the real intention to live in Alberta. By not being honest you are putting your own application in risk and of those who have good intention and may apply in the future (or you think they won't make changes in the future to stop this kind of behavior?)

Instead of researching if you can move to another province as soon as you get there, why don't you start researching about job options, housing, and this kind of stuff?

Again, if there's anybody who don't intend to live in Alberta, then look for other options - there are plenty - and don't take the chances of someone else who really wants to live in there. Let's be honest!

Alberta's an amazing place and anyone who's lucky enough to be given the opportunity to live there should grab it with both hands. I know I will if I get my nomination. Still waiting, so fingers crossed...

Can I ask where you're tracking your application? As I've been unable to find where you see updates online, and only had emails directly from the AINP office requesting some information and to confirm I'm in Alberta's E.Entry pool.

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I have submitted my OINP application under PhD graduate stream, almost a month ago and waiting for decision. Once I receive my Ontario nomination document, I will start the permanent residency application. Just have a question. As I see in the IMM5690E, I don't need to include English test results since I am applying under PhD stream and my current job is NUC number 0AB, which is electrical engineer. Please correct.

Thanks,
