Sponsored my wife and 4 step kids in dec 2013. eldest stepsons xray showed a shadow so we received a Email for further medical information.
for sputum test for TB, tests were returned negative but he was still required to complete 6 months of meds then another xray that was clear.
ppr was june 2014 my wife who was working in Thailand left her job and returned to Philippines before sending passports to Manila, by this time both eldest son 22 and eldest daughter 20 had both started relationships and both are blessed with children, so we notified cem of births and request to change the 2 to non accompanying both found full time jobs and are no longer dependent. CEM requested letters from the son and daughter to explain relationship and whereabouts of boyfriend/girlfriend.
CIM sent me application to sponsor the newborns I replied to them with amended IM008, and letter stating no intention to sponsor infants ( did they really think we would take the infants away from parents) after the application had passed the processing time I contacted MP's office june, july,aug,sept,oct,nov 2015 only to hear file is in line for review, is in the big pile, is in the small pile, and in nov they are trying to decide if the eldest 2 can be non accompanying and can support themselves. All meds are expired we request the return of passports for the non accompanying in aug 2015 to no avail.
If anyone has any idea what our next step should be I would like to hear it.
