Waiting on PPR and got an email today requesting copies of PCC, schedule A,Supplementary travel information and proof of RPRF fee payment, already sent all these on June 7th and resent them again today. Anyone faced a similar situation?

Also received a pre arrival letter.

Thanks Tina... I do that will all my communications... I uploaded 5 files it looks like they commented on one of them requesting a minor change and mentioned that the rest of the 4 files are pending receipt....resent all of them again...
 
Hi, does anyone know if you are missing 1 police certificate, approximately when do you get the letter asking you to submit it?
We are having courier troubles (we didn't read the tips on the first page before submitting unfortunately) and they may hold up our mail for months to the local office to get police certificates. We are already on the medical request step.
I know once they send the letter asking for missing docs, you have 30 days, so we are trying to plan ahead if we need to just get new fingerprints and apply for a PCC again...
 
Happy to announce that we I have received the passport back with COPR from Ottawa yesterday. Just need to figure out how to go for stamping now.
This concludes a stressful time of waiting.

Good luck and thanks for sharing the information. Can you let me know how long it took for Ottawa to courier back the passport to you? Thanks in advance

Trial and error method, like Yulia recommended I kept changing the family size and tried, family size of 4 was accepted, no of adults in the family including the applicant,dependent,sponsor and sponsor's spouse. I logged into my account with CIC using the option of logging in with my online banking information

Question to those who did Landing in the CIC office (i.e. without crossing the border):
- we got the instructions about the appointment and they are asking 2 photos .... again.... The same was requested when we sent the passports for visas, and we sent 2 photos then.
Does anybody know if they really need the photos again, or this is just a standard request.
I just don't understand why they need that many photos.....

I would recommend you just get 2 photos and get it completed. They should ideally not require photos as they are on the COPR copy already ... but its better if are prepared, just in case :)

Can I ask how you scheduled your landing appointment? I tried calling CIC so many times but can't get through to a customer service agent.
