Do we have to mail original PCC to physical address? I sent a scanned copy to the email address provided by CPC Ottawa? Now I am confused.

I think they only ask for a scanned copy to be sent( the letter you receive will confirm). As I said, I executed all 3 steps just to be extra sure.
You should be OK doing just what they asked you to.

Re-medical request came today after a long wait. Timelines
Jan 4th,2016 - Courier status - received.
June 30th, 2016 - Sponsorship Approved and File transferred to NewDelhi VO (Regular mail)
Dad Passed away suddenly (Primary Applicant)
August 2, 2016 - Email received saying File is transferred to CPC-Ottawa
February 13, 2017 - Medical and PCC request
Consulted with experts here and completed medical and pcc here in Toronto (My mom is with me on Super visa)
February 27, 2017 - Submitted PCC and Medical for my mom
February 27, 2017 - RPRF paid for my mom
March 1, 2017 - Submitted my Dad's death certificate and request letter to make my Mom as primary applicant
March 27, 2017 - CIC sent another communication and acknowledged the submission and asked IMM008 and new agreement forms
April 1 , 2017 - New IMM008 is submitted
April 5, 2017 - ecas changed as application received for my Mom
Nov 10, 2017 - Asked case notes and learnt a new file number created and new application created for my mom
Applied again super visa as passport expired for mother and she came to Canada on Super visa Feb 20, 2018
Hopefully this time the wait will not be more.

Medical completed on May 18, 2018
ecas update about Medical on May 31, 2018
ecas says "Decision made" on June 11, 2018.
Hope the PPR soon.

I went and looked into the online profile, if you click on "View Submitted application" on your myCIC account, you will see the option to upload the documents marked for RPRF, PCC etc. As my parents have only these 2 asks i see these 2, i am hoping you will have option to to upload CV/resume as well.

Yes, I see option to attach CV too once I login to mycic.

CIC asked to do medical,PCC and RPRF on February 27,2017.
That is the time I sent and my mother was with us (now also on super visa)

Medical was done on May 30, today it changed to "medical passed". waitting for final decision

1- I am unable to find the form IMM5562. Appreciate if anyone has direct URL to download it
2- What is the way to get PCC from India
3- What is the way to get PCC for USA
4. To which address should I mail the PCC as they have asked for the original copy.

how and where did you send the PCC, RPRF and CV? which email id or mailing address? Also did you get PPR?

I sent the PCC RPRF, passport scanned copies and IMM5562 to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca all scanned copies

No PPR yet. When i check my application status it doesn’t say Medical received. I am unable to link my application to GCC key. Called the call centre and they were also unable to link my app.
They are saying that they have received my mothers medicals but not my dad’s medical. Medical was done on May 21st. My dad had to go for re- medical with the specialist which was done on May 25th.

Anyone please help what to do now. How can I link my paper app so i can see the status on My CIC

Can you anyone let me know how many days are given to send the passport when PPR is received. My parents have travel plans and I want to make we can plan properly. Also where do you have to send the passport? Canadian consulate in place of residence or the LVO of processing such as Ottawa.

They give you 30 days to submit the passports. They ask you to submit the passports at the LVO( Delhi in my case) but they also have a section that tells you that you can submit to Ottawa - if you are in Canada and will remain in Canada for 3 months.

I submitted to Ottawa as my parents are here on a visit.

You can ask BLS services if your parents in Canada for Indian PCC. I did for my mother and they are quite fast.

They mentioned 30days and provided the Ottawa passport submission post box address. Also they mentioned that you can submit to the closes Visa office.
