I've included 3 different sheets (NDVO, HKVO and OTTAWA) for convenience for those who have difficulties using FILTER sheet. So, for example, if you're interested in only New Delhi - India (NDVO) transfers, simply go to NDVO sheet where you can only view all the transfers to NDVO (you don't have to apply any filter).

If you need any other LVO specific filter sheet like these ones, let me know. I've made these 3 as they have the most transfer cases.

BTW, my mom received PPR last night. She is a 2015 PGP applicant.

Rossei, thank you for putting your efforts in there.
In the sponsorship approval letter CIC said that my file is forwarded to Ottawa for further processing though my parents are in India.
Footer on the PPC request letter also shows address in Canada (Ottawa).
In this case which should be my LVO?

My mom is here in Canada with me just like yours. She has Super Visa.

It's most likely that Manila-VO is not acting as fast as Singapore-VO for PGP cases, nothing else. I'm guessing our RMO's are same: Ottawa. So, doctors from within Canada send/upload medical results to Ottawa RMO only. Once they find it okay, it's forwarded to LVO. Now I'm not sure who updates E-Cas or MyCIC re: medical.

It's definitely Ottawa.

Perhaps, I will send it to Ottawa after photos taken. I will keep updating.

Vnexpress (another SVO case) has recently sent passport to Ottawa for visa stamping. I think it's already over 2 weeks and he hasn't heard anything back from Ottawa.

Re: landing, I don't think one needs to flag-pole anymore. One can simply make a left turn/u-turn just before crossing border to go to CBSA office. I think sometime in past, one had to come from outside Canada in order to "land". In that case, who doesn't have US Visa had to flag-pole. After CIC initiated landing inside Canada, you don't have to cross border. But you need to be prepared for worse scenario (i.e. flag-pole) while at border.

i just found out that i sent a none compliant pcc from Canada eventhough they did not ask for it yet ! i sent it in advance because my mother stayed in Canada for over 2 years and i thought they are gonna ask for it ! the one i sent is without fingerprints however based on the cic site, the Canada PCC should have finger prints and other stuff !

hopefully they wont request that as its going to delay more !

Hello Everyone,
I am starting to collect documents for my parents and this is going to be our 2nd try for the PGP sponsorship. Last year wasn't hard since my parents were here in Canada, so filling up the forms are easy. But now they went back to Philippines I am now having a hard time asking for their actual signatures for the application. My question is do CIC accept scanned documents or signature of my parents when I submit their application? And would CIC accept electronic signatures? I would really appreciate if anyone would answer my inquiries. Thanks in advance.

Hello Jian!!

We are in the same boat.. When I applied last year my parents also in the Philippines. What I did was fill the application here in Canada make sure it correct then email the form to them. They print it and send it back to me. Remember that form should be completed and make sure it is 100% correct before printing because some forms have a unique control number (number should be the same for all pages) . I am assuming that you did your research and know what to do during submission of application..

Filling applications is one thing (very hard step) but sending it to the CIC is another thing (have to plan a perfect courier and you have to timing your application when do you send it so that it will arrived at CIC office on time - first inline)

Regards and good luck to your application.

Note (review this forum from start and you will know what to do)

Anyone had his sponsored family members living in canada for over 1-2 years and LVO asked to provide PCC from Canada too ?
