I received the AOR middle of May, mine was stamped by FedEx 1/4 9:19am.

Thanks all , today my Representative sent me sponsor approval letter . It was approved on June 13th , but on CIC account still shows as application received . The File has been transferred to New delhi visa office , any ideas guys , how long they gonna take to process it ? Medicals soon ? thanks all

I am with FedEx @ 9:19am as well and my mom and FIL are coming over from Israel to visit me for two weeks tomorrow. Would be a really nice surprise if we have SA during their stay here... Good luck everybody.

I was notified today that i was approved as sponsor on June-17 and our documents were transferred to Ottawa

Can medical check be done in Canada? My mother lives outside Canada but will come to visit us in Canada for a few months. Just want to know the answer in case she receives medical request during her visit.

Yes absolutely possible.
This happens all the time. My sister was travelling last year when the request for medicals came and she got her medical completed in Canada.
So don't worry about that.

I know this has been discussed recently regarding the change of mailing address for parents during their visit in Canada. Some say after reaching parents' permanent resident processing stage, all correspondence goes directly to parents even though a represtative form has been submitted before with the sponsorship application. For me, it makes no sense so I called CIC today. I was told that if I sent in a represtative form before for the parents, all correspondence will be sent to the representative. Now I am very confused! Who is correct? Any comments? :'(
