The timing is just horrible as they just started charging CCs again. I tried to submit the information via online form mentioned above and I also want to call them (1-888-242-2100 (CIC Call Centre) ) but I cannot get to the menu option where I can speak to an agent.

What is the secret?

I send the new payment form to the following:
secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.14595383.1890952024.1432133507
Please select emergency from the scroll down options

To make sure they received it, I also faxed the new payment form to them. Fax: 905-803-7392
And I mailed the form to them:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4

I work for the government and it is very easy to miss a document in fax. So I tried all three methods. I don't know through which method the new payment form was received by them. The point is: they got it. Good luck.

Don't try to call them. I actually managed to talk to them. But the info they give me was useless.
 
I was on vacation and didn't feel like updating the SS for last one week. I'm sorry if it caused any problems. Anyway, I'm back and the SS has just been updated.

We submitted two payment forms.

lot of puro ppl kept their cools, hoping cap will increase to 10k, hoping they'll get in now the cap is 10k
