I am in the same situation. I called the general line 1 888 242 2100. The agent said there is no formal procedure related to this issue. The agent said I could try to contact Mississauga office directly, but I could not find any phone number or email address. Could you please share with us how you got the link to resubmit the payment form? Thank you very much. --Sam

Umm.. Thank u :) there's a fax number on the website just below the Mississauga address.. I tried faxing the new details, am not sure it'll work. But just wanted to let u guys know that there is a fax number provided. And yes, could you pls share the link? Will try sending the fee payment form again

I don't know if this helps but the email id for Mississauga was mentioned by someone before as:

CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca

I think that's the link...also select emergency from the scroll down options

Hi Everyone,

I am just curious that,CIC website said that as of 7th jan they are not accepting any more application as limit of 14,000 has reached so how is it possible that 5000 cap reached in first hour on 4th jan and then ret to 14,000 took 3 days ?

How could you check the status of your parents application ? what client ID you have to enter or any other way ?

Thanks

Simp

The 5k cap wasn't reached in one hour. There are people that got their application delivered as late as 11:50am on Jan 4th (from the spreadsheet) and got into the first 5K cap.
That being said though, it is fair to assume that most of those 14K received until Jan 7th were received on Jan 4th since most people sent it to arrive that day.

To check the status of your application you just have to got on the CIC website, which you can only do when they provide you with a case number or ClientID number.

You can check the application status using sponsor's UCI number which can be found in your Citizenship Certificate, immigrant's visa etc.

I don't see any UCI number on my Citizenship Certificate. Thats really odd.
