Hello All,

I have a Weird situation. My mother doesn't have a Last name so when we applied for her, Since i had to write something in the last name section otherwise the forms wouldn't validate so I entered "Not Applicable" as advised by CIC also

Now when I am trying to check the status online i'm confused. I have tried to Enter all the possible combinations but nothing

How should I proceed ?

Ideally, you should have entered your mother's given name in the last name section and should have left the first name blank in the application.
I just had a given name before I came to Canada and when the visa was issued my given name was printed as the last name on visa and first name was blank. same thing was on COPR.
I think CIC enters the person with one name (given name) into the surname section. After landing in Canada, I have changed my name and now I have a proper name with surname.

From Calgary I tried to mail the application thru Purolator, but they told me Purolator can't deliver to a P.O. Box address, so I ended up with Canada Post.
Is there any other address where the application should have been submitted, other than the P.O. Box one?

there was a normal address that could have been used. It was below the PO box address.
