Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

hello everyone

any insight can share....my mom is here in canada with the regular tourist visa that expired nov 2015, but
upon entry last sept 2015, the immigration gave six mos. to stay....planning to extend her stay.....but i have one thought not to extend her, instead go to usa to renew the visa under super visa(BTW she has US 10 yrs multiple visa)....my questions is how super visa is 100% sure?..

Jesa - Have you applied for the PGP sponsorship for your mom this year?
Super visa takes couple of weeks and longer if you apply from another country other than your home country.
If extending her visa from within Canada is possible, why not try that.. has anyone been refused for extending tourist visa.

very high chance. The 9:43 purolator (that seems to be a wrong time tag) is where we will see a cut-off.

I sent my application through UPS too. there seems to be something fishy about UPS time stamp. few others who submitted after UPS time stamp are getting charged. if UPS time stamp is wrong, does anybody have any idea about their correct time of delivery?

Hi all,

Application to sponsor my parents was delivered on 5th jan 826 am via UPS and i am hopeful as CIC says that they received 14 thins application by jan 7 so it is not possible that all 10 thousand were received on first day so probably they are working and good news ll be on way soon.

Other than this i have some few questions in case if i am unsuccessful this time :

I sent photocopies of notice of assessments,would that be alright or they needed original ?
Also in financial evaluation form,you are asked to enter your employment and income to present date but i did enter employment for 2015 and didn't enter income as it has not been yet assessed and the requirement was income assessed for 2012-2014 only.And also if you have income from 2 jobs but form did not let you enter the 2 employers name as not enough space ? Though on assessment notice income is from both jobs combined.

Any thoughts
