As the previous poster said, CIC would never call you mom directly.
Also, there likely wont be any correspondence for many months if not a couple of years. Entire 2015 batch and half of 2014 are still in the early stages of processing!

That's 25 out of 190 tracked in the spreadsheet. I wonder if all 190 who are on the spreadsheet are sending updates right away or active on this forum.
Either ways, if we assume these 190 apps as representative sample of the entire 5k batch, then 10-15% already got their sponsorship approvals.
CIC/IRCC will likely be done with these approvals sometime this year and then should move on to the 2016 batch .

As tamilnadu said, it was indeed a test. My bad that I forgot to delete the entry earlier. :-X
